We all know that in Western society, toxins are all around us. They can be in the food we choose to eat and in the air that we breathe. Toxins not only come from the external environment but also from our internal environment - our bodies. For instance, poor digestion will eventually create a perfect environment for parasites, viruses, worms, yeasts and bacteria. These internally generated toxins are then absorbed into the bloodstream, affecting your health and vitality.
If your organs of elimination (eg kidneys, liver, bowels, skin) are not up to scratch, you will just store the toxins in fat and organ tissues.
