Shake the bottle well before taking.
Adults: 5 mLs 1- 2 x day after meals. Dilute with a small amount of water or juice and follow with more water or juice.
Children over 5 years old: 2.5 mLs 1 - 2 x day after meals. Dilute with a small amount of water, juice or honey and follow with more water or juice.
